Simple Recipe for Lethargy


Qi Porridge

Ingredients (serves two)

30g - 60g Astragalus (processed)
3g - 5g Ginseng
15g - 30g Codonopsis Root
A little
100g Rice



1. Soak the herbs in water for half an hour.

2. Decoct the ingredients and use the decoction to cook porridge.Consume twice a day - morning and evening.



This recipe is useful for those with symptoms such as fatigue, shortness of breath, weak knees and legs as well as profuse perspiration.
