Returns & Refunds

1. I would like to refund or cancel my order.

To initiate a refund or cancellation of your order, please note that below criteria has to be met;

a. Proof of Purchase

b. Request must be made within 14 days from the date of invoice/receipt.

c. Item(s) must be;

  • unopened and in the same condition that you received/purchased and have no missing parts (original free gifts)
  • in the original packaging
  • not damaged or in unsellable condition because of customer actions, negligence, misuse, alterations or tampering 
  • not installed/ disassembled/ in used condition

Please note that all short-expiry products and Eu Rewards Membership card fee are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable. We do not allow exchanges, refunds, cancellations for the following reasons, but not limited to;

  • change of mind
  • promotional pricing 

Kindly contact us here and we will review your case*. Do include the Order Confirmation email. Once approved, your refund will be processed.

Note: Refunds would take up to 30 working days to be processed, subjected to your credit card’s billing cycle. *All cases are subjected to approval, Eu Yan Sang Singapore's Management retains the final decision in the event of any disputes.

2. The product(s) I received in my order is expiring soon, can I exchange or refund it?

We do not accept refunds, returns or exchange requests for short expiry items that have been purchased or was given as a Gift with Purchase. All short-expiry items are stated as non-refundable and non-exchangeable under the product listing page.

3. My product was purchased some time back and is expiring soon, can I exchange or refund it?

We understand your concerns, but unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges or refunds for products that have been purchased some time ago and are approaching their expiration. This policy helps us maintain the quality and safety of our products.

4. Can I exchange / refund my order if the product(s) I received has defect?

Kindly contact us here and we will review your case. Do include the following;

  • Proof of Purchase or Order Confirmation email
  • Proof of the defect(s)

Note: Product defects do not include damages caused by customer actions, negligence, misuse, alterations or tampering.
