Our site is operational 24 hours a day, however enquiries will only be answered and processed during office hours: Mon to Fri (9:00am - 6:00pm), except public holidays and office closures.

i. How fast does eStore Assistant respond to an enquiry?

eStore Assistant will respond to your enquiry as soon as possible. If the response time is longer than you expect, it’s either the assistant is busy handling multiple requests or the enquiry has to be looked into by another party.
