Chicken Noodle Soup with Chicken Essence

Ingredients used in the recipe
-    1 bulb of garlic
-    50g ginger
-    1 Onion (diced)
-    1 Carrot (cubed)
-    2 Celery ribs (cubed)
-    200g Chicken feet
-    200g Chicken mid-wings
-    Cooking oil
-    2 Chicken Breast
-    200g Shimeji Mushrooms
-    1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
-    1 tbsp White Pepper Powder
-    2 packs of Noodles
-    2 bottles of Eu Yan Sang Power Up! Chicken Essence

Directions

  1. In an air fryer/over, add garlic, ginger, onion, carrot, celery ribs, chicken mid wings and chicken feet. Season with salt and roast for about 20 minutes at 200°C.
     
  2. Transfer ingredients into a pot and add water. Simmer for about 45 minutes. Strain broth after.
  3. Cut celery and carrot into cubes. Dice onion.
     
  4. Into broth, add chicken breast, celery, carrot, onions, and shimeji mushrooms. Season with light soy sauce, white pepper powder. Mix well and simmer for about 30 minutes.
     
  5. Remove chicken breast from broth and shred them.
     
  6. Add in 2 packs of noodles of your choice and cook until al dente. Add in shredded chicken breast.
     
  7. Turn off heat and add in 2 bottles of Eu Yan Sang Power Up! Chicken Essence. Mix well and serve hot.
