1. Place a piece of Bird's Nest in a double-boiler or slower cooker. Add 1 bowl of water (approximately 200ml) for each piece of Bird's Nest. To enhance the natural flavour of Bird's Nest, Rock Sugar, Red Dates, Wolfberries, Ginkgo Nuts, American Ginseng, Cordyceps or other ingredients may be added accordingly to your desired taste
2. Simmer the product on low heat for 30 minutes. Check at 10 minutes intervals for desire texture before serving.
