Recommended Dosage:

• For promoting youth and health: 1 pill taken once weekly.
• For general weakness: 1 pill taken at every two days interval.
• For malnutrition after childbirth: 1 pill taken daily repeating for 15 days. It should be taken after clearing labour discharge (normally about 10 days).
• For regulating menstrual ailments: 1 pill taken daily.
