Although I haven't tried it for long, my new hair growing out does already look less grey than the rest. I think there's an effect and I'll continue to try it to see more effects.

After 2 months , my bald patch is completely gone . I gave 4 Stars because like what one other reviewer mentioned, this product is very heaty. I only took one pill per day instead of the 2 pills per day , as advised on the packaging . You will definitely notice increased hair growth with more facial hair ( beard , moustache , nostrils etc), including your hair on your head .

So I would advise others to drink lots of water when consuming this. As for whether it has helped my hair, I have not noticed any effect yet but I will take this for a longer period before deciding if I will continue.
