I use it before my important meeting and exams whereby much of the energy & brain cells have to be consumed, or when high focus level is required. It is quite effective and my body is highly reactive to the ingredients used, even after 1 or 2 hours consumption, I could feel the improvement to my alert & focus level. In addition, it is particularly useful when you consumed significant level of physical energy after an active day activities. My parents and grandparents love it very much since it improved their quality of life. Always bulk purchase for quantity of more than 10 boxes per transaction to replenish my stocks for my whole family.
