Indications:

Traditionally used to strengthen the body and help prevent common cold.

Directions:

To be taken with lukewarm water.

Dosage:

  • Adult: One sachet twice daily.
  • Children (7 to 15 years old): One sachet a day.

Warning/Precautions:

  • Not to be taken by pregnant women, nursing mothers, people suffering from chronic illness or sensitive to Chinese Medicine

The first was taken when I caught a flu.It has helped me to cope with the respiratory discomfort at night. The effect of this concoction is more significant when I had covid. I slept better and didn't develop any residual cough. The only grouse I have is the medicine comes in a form similar to po-chai pills. Tricky to swallow, actually.
