The staff manning the customer service email had a bad attitude, hence the lower rating. Comes in a clear plastic wrapping which makes it slightly nicer as a gift. Expires next year. Supposed to receive points for reviewing the products that I bought, but remains to be seen given the bad experience of not letting me have the points that I earn…
