灵芝精华与灵芝破壁孢子之比较

灵芝是很受欢迎的一种药用真菌，中医认为它具有“长生不老”的功效。一般认为长期服用灵芝茶或灵芝粉能够保持活力、延年益寿¹。科学研究结果显示它具有抗癌、降血糖和调节免疫功能的作用。其生物活性成份包含三萜类、多糖体和免疫调节蛋白。

I have taken blood pressure medicines, normally I take the blood pressure medicines at 8 am, 11.30am take lingzhi 1 pcs, after before meal take another 1pcs. Can I change to before meal 7am take 2pcs lingzhi, then 9am take blood pressure medicines.
