Eu Yan Sang, please let us know what is the material used to make the teabag? Please change to using cotton or paper teabag  ( natural material) as other bag material tends to leech micro-plastics.

Why do the sachets become wet inside the container even when not put the fridge, but kept like ordinary tea bags. Can the sachets be used after that.
