Eu Yan Sang is dedicated to product quality and consumer safety. Our tea leaves are non-organic and as with all tea leaves, may contain minor traces of pesticides. Pesticides are necessary as part of the process to prevent unwanted attacks from pests, fungi, viruses or bacteria that may attack or destroy the plant. However, rest assured that the tea leaves are safe for consumption and have met all quality parameters set by the AVA (Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority of Singapore).
