将所有的材料及 700 毫升清水放入慢炖锅，煮约 3 小时（可加入肉类）。

本产品使用的中药材虽已经过清洗或加工（炮制），但建议煎煮前，再冲洗一次。

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it! I cooked it the first time without looking at the proportions once and ended up with quite a concentrated soup for 2 instead of 4. But I really loved it cos I had it for breakfast and it kept me focused and alert the entire day when usually I would be yawning away at meetings. Love the sweet taste as well and how it goes really well with just 2 chicken thighs. Great soup!
