After taking 1 bottle every week, my period became more regular (41-45 days for one cycle to 33 days for a cycle) and my cramps were much better. Really amazed!

As the pills were not easily soluble, it was necessary to steep them in a few bowls of hot water to soften them before mashing them up with a spoon. This ready-to-drink version removes all this hassle, and it tastes better than the pills.
