Delivery was same day and even though the hamper was supposed to be delivered only at night, I was pleasantly surprised to find that that hamper was delivered must earlier than that. The tracking system for delivery shows real time updates and I was notiified after the recipient got my hamper. One minor flaw - I tried calling customer service to ask if they delivered to the hospital but no one picked up the phone. It's fine tho, my delivery went through.

He was initially not allowed to pass over the item at the hospital, but he immediately offered to send it to the patient’s home instead. On top of that, he patiently waited for me to work smth out.
