Rinse and soak the Lion’s mane mushroom in warm water for 30 minutes. Change the water frequently and drain water from mushroom each time. Mushroom is ready when drained water from mushroom is clear. It is recommended to cook the Lion’s mane mushroom in gravy or sauce for best taste.
Store in a cool and dry place (below 22°C). Upon opening, keep in refrigerator.
