将所有的材料及 700 毫升清水放入慢炖锅，煮约 3 小时（可加入肉类）。

本产品使用的中药材虽已经过清洗或加工（炮制），但建议煎煮前，再冲洗一次。

Vitality Tonic Soup is a health tonic soup for improving energy levels and maintenance of general health. It contains 12g of Longan Meat and 12g of Goji Berries, which naturally have fruit sugar in them and impart a mild, natural sweet flavour to the soup. Because of your diabetic condition, we recommend to consume the only soup broth and avoid also consuming the longan meat and goji berries, or consume only in moderation.
