Cook ingredients with 700ml of water in slow cooker for 3 hours. (You may add 300gm of meat)

While this prescription uses medicinal herbs that have been cleansed or processed, it is recommended to rinse the contents before cooking.

I am a lady of age 26. How often can i take this ? Always had terrible pain on shoulder blade ..is this soup suitable for me to take? Thank you

This soup is for reducing internal wind. In nature, wind occurs in gusts and is characterised by rapid changes in movement. Similarly, internal wind in the body manifests itself as symptoms and diseases that have similar character -occuring suddenly and constantly changing in nature and location. With this analogy, some examples of internal wind disease would be high blood pressure, stroke, Parkinson's, fits, epilepsy etc. We recommend you visit a physician or doctor for an accurate diagnosis as the condition you have mentioned sounds more like a muscoskeletal injury and not internal wind.
