White Pepper, Salt, Garlic, Yeast Extract
Directions:
Add 1 whole bulb of garlic and 1 sachet to 2L of water and bring to a boil.
Add approximately 500g of meat, then simmer over medium heat for 45 minutes.
Remove the sachet once the desired level of spiciness is reached and continue simmering for another 15 minutes.
Serve hot. Season to taste if desired.
1 sachet serves approximately 3–5 persons.
