1. Astragalus Root Porridge

Ingredients

20g Astralagus Root
15g White Atractylodes Rhizome
10g Divaricate Saposhnikovia Root
50-100g Uncooked Rice

Directions

1. Boil the Astragalus Root, White Atractylodes Rhizome and Divaricate Saposhnikovia Root in a pot.

2. Remove ingredients.

3. To the remaining medicinal broth, add uncooked rice and boil to porridge consistency.

2. Poria & Opiopogon Root Soup

Ingredients

9g Poria
9g Opiopogon Root
9g Blighted Wheat

Directions

Put all ingredients into a pot and boil.
