Eu Yan Sang Herbal Bak Kut Teh Spice Mix, a blend of carefully selected herbs and spices.

DIRECTIONS: Add 1 whole bulb of garlic and 1 sachet to 1.5L of water and bring to a boil.

Add approximately 500g of meat, then simmer over low heat for 2–2.5 hours before serving.

Season to taste if desired. 1 sachet serves approximately 3–5 persons
