When Duplicated Mobile Number Is Detected
If our system detects multiple accounts using the same mobile number, you’ll see one of these prompts when you log-in.
Scenario 1 – Update Mobile Number
1. You’ll be prompted to enter a different mobile number. Key in your new mobile number, select ‘Verify’ to receive an OTP.
2. Enter OTP --> Select 'Verify'.
3. You will see the message "OTP Verification Successful".
Scenario 2 - Merge Accounts
1. You’ll be prompted to either enter a different mobile number OR to merge account.
2. If you do not wish to merge account, please key in your new mobile number that is currently no in use, select 'Update' to receive an OTP.
3. Enter OTP --> Select 'Verify'.
4. If you wish to merge your accounts, select 'Merge Account'.
5. You will see the following prompt, select 'OK'.
6. Upon a successful merge, you will see the message "Accounts Merged!".

Q1. Why do I need to update and/or verify my mobile number? To protect your account and ensure you receive timely OTPs, points/voucher alerts, and service notifications.
Q2. Will my marketing preferences change? There will be no change, and your marketing preferences will remain the same. You may log in to your member's profile page to edit your marketing preferences any time.
Q3. I share a family mobile number. What should I do? Each membership account should have a unique mobile for secure OTP delivery. Please update your account with your own mobile number. If you need to merge duplicate accounts, select ‘Merge’ when prompted on-screen. If you have any queries, please reach out to us at info@euyansang.com
Q4. I’m using an overseas number. Is that OK? Currently, we are only able to support sending OTP to local (+65) mobile numbers. Please update and verify your account with a local number. If you don’t have a local number, please contact us at info@euyansang.com to assist.
Q5. I can’t receive OTPs. Use ‘Resend OTP’, ensure your device can receive SMS. Do also check network signal and that your phone isn’t set to block unknown SMS.
Q6. What happens when I merge my accounts? Will I lose points or discount vouchers if I merge? No—eligible points and discount vouchers will be combined; however duplicate discount vouchers that is intended for one-use per valid membership will be automatically removed. Order history will be consolidated to one primary account.
Q7. If my accounts are merged, which will be my primary account? Your primary account will be selected based on the email-verified account used to complete mobile verification.
