I've been taking this supplement for about three weeks and have seen visible results: 1) Feel more energetic, and less tired when wake up in the morning. I can feel that my energy is boosted in a natural way not the effect of drinking coffee or alcohol, so feeling rather nourished. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product! I'm 30 years old and a busy working adult. I had often felt fatigue and insomnia; so I was looking for some supplement to ease that. After reading the reviews, I decided to try out cordyceps. Boiling raw cordycep is definitely out of my option considering I'm a working professional who does not have the luxury of kitchen time. The pure cordyceps capsules is a convenient option for me. I've been taking this supplement for about three weeks and have seen visible results: 1) Feel more energetic, and less tired when wake up in the morning. I can feel that my energy is boosted in a natural way not the effect of drinking coffee or alcohol, so feeling rather nourished. And the energy sustains me through evening that I don't feel exhausted after OT. 2) Better sleep! This has been pretty obvious to me. I used to have restless nights by having nightmares and dreams that take me to multiple dimensions - magnificent BUT super tiring! And definitely it has alleviated my insomnia to a huge degree.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Increase cardio output and more energy After taking these Cordyceps for over 3 weeks I can feel a tremendous difference in my cardiovascular output. I feel like I'm able to run for longer at a faster peace without hitting a wall and completely running out of breath. It applies to other sports as well, now I restless in the gym in between sets.

I am a long term user of Eu Yan Sang's Cordyceps Sinesis Mycelia and it did improved my respiratory system and I don't feel breathless anymore, have more energy during the day and have better sleep quality at night. I strongly believe that this improvised product will have a better effect for me and will continue to use Eu Yan Sang's Cordyceps.

The 2 key issues are 1. to make sure u do not buy cordyceps inserted with LEAD since it will be heavier n when u double boil this will lean meat, u will die of LEAD positioning, 2. How to know if the cordyceps u bought are genuine..big is not necessary good...4 curves is the rule n authenticity is key.. Best place to buy in Eu Yang Sang, in S'pore n Beijing Tong Ren Tang (China) , 20-30% pricy but since u are spending a few thousands dollar?, what is another few hundred dollar..Happi Happy

But the excessive packaging prompted me to write this review. I do not understand why there is a need for a box when the cordyceps are already in a sealed bottle? I have seen a few reviews commenting on the excessive packaging as well. Actually most of EYS products have excessive packaging. I rather EYS save on these packaging, protect the environment and pass the costs to consumers instead.

I've had three colds since starting these, but the duration seems to be shorter than normal. Energy levels are nominally up. All in all, the effects are quite average.
