Bought this soup at the soup after checking with the shop assistant for soup to nourish my body and help sleeping as i am 21 weeks pregnant and having trouble sleeping and having aching legs. It is so simple to make and the ingredients were well prepared and packaged that my caucasian husband can make this chinese tonic soup for me to perfection. I didnt even need to add any seasoning (like salt) at all and the soup taste just great. Not that bitter as per the other review. Soup was cooked as per instruction and for 3 n half hours.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Fragrant but bitter I bought this 2 days ago on 5 Jan 2016. Though it is very fragrant, it can be quite bitter to taste like drinking chinese medicine. Nevertheless i stay hopeful that it is good for health as Eu Yang Sang has very good products.
