Rated 1 out of 5 by from Brand doesn't match quality I bought 1 box a few months ago. Good thing only buy 1 box but at a disc price of $39.90 which I thought was overpriced. I use for few times only because there were 3 occasions where the rubber string came! Luckily I have spare masks in my bag. I also find the material rather rough on my skin. I would not recommend this product.. seriously. Why is the QC?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Surgical mask Bought this mask due to FDA certified. However, I couldn't find any FDA certified on its box and the mask is produced from China. Can get this mask from Shopee for only $20 per box for same quantity.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unreliable. Just received my order of 6 boxes. Quite disappointed with the bad quality. Out of the first 5 pieces used, 2 pieces had the ear loops dropped off. This poses a danger if the ear loops are not securely fixed. Have complained to Eu Yan Sang immediately and asking either for a refund or a replacement. Customer service has yet to call me back.
