Consumer Advisory: Suspected Counterfeit Eu Yan Sang Health Supplements

IMPORTANT CONSUMER ALERT

Updated: 4 August 2025 – Eu Yan Sang Singapore has been made aware of isolated incidents involving suspected counterfeit versions of its health supplements circulating through unauthorized online channels. These reports stem from purchases made via suspicious websites and misleading social media advertisements that falsely use Eu Yan Sang’s branding, product images, and promotional content to deceive consumers.  

The affected products reported thus far include: 

  • Vitality Plus 固威宝 – 加效

 

  • Prostate Guard 前列腺保健宝

 

  • Spot Whitening Capsules 美白祛斑宝

To date, five separate customer reports have been received across different retail locations, involving purchases and/or advertisements on suspicious websites and social media advertisements misusing Eu Yan Sang’s branding. 

Eu Yan Sang’s Immediate Response 

  • Authorities Notified: Reports have been filed with the Singapore Police Force, and the Health Sciences Authority (HSA) has been formally alerted. 
  • Platform Cooperation: Eu Yan Sang is working closely with TikTok and Meta Singapore to remove fraudulent listings and content. 
  • Product Verification Support: Consumers are advised not to consume any questionable product and may bring it to any Eu Yan Sang store for verification. 
  • Consumer Care Channels: Affected customers can reach out via the hotline at 1800 888 1879 or email info@euyansang.com. 
  • Ongoing Monitoring: Investigations are ongoing, with continued collaboration with relevant stakeholders to eliminate counterfeit listings.

Consuming counterfeit health products may pose serious health risks.
