The sales lady handed me this packet and I ask how to prepare it. She advised me to boil a pot of water with the ingredients and drink a for whole day. I tried and drink for 1 whole day and I am feeling sweaty the moment I drink the 2nd cup. In the night, I sweat lesser then before. I am not sure how long does it takes to remove the dampness in my body. Detoxing in a safety way. Thank you and hope my sharing will add insight to your health.
