1.Before cooking, pre-soaking of the Fish Maw is required.
Pre-Soaking: Rinse and soak the dried fish maw in a large pot with hot freshly-boiled water (do not continuously boil the fish maw over a fire) for 12-16 hours and let it cool over time until it softens.
Ensure there is enough water to cover the fish maw as it will expand during soaking.
2. Remove the water and rinse the fish maw under tap water.
3. Pre-Cooking (this is optional)
Prepare a new pot of water and boil water. Once water starts to boil, add in 1 whole piece of fish maw. Add in 3 teaspoons of Sugar Add in 3 teaspoons of salt Set to medium heat and boil for 30 minutes
