Eu Yan Sang Organic High-Protein Drip Chicken Essence uses only Organic Certified chicken that are completely free of growth hormones, antibiotics or drugs. The chickens are freshly prepared within 30 minutes before being stewed for 8 hours at high pressure and heat. Directions

Consume directly from the sachet, or heat up for an even better taste. Sachet can be immersed into boiling water for 3 minutes, or the soup can be emptied out and heated in a microwave for 1 minute. Do not heat the sachet directly in the microwave. May be taken on an empty stomach.

Storage

Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. No refrigeration is required before opening. Upon opening, refrigerate and consume within 12 hours.

I am glad to find this from Eu Yan Sang, the taste is exactly the same as my mum's home made. That I don't have to go thru the hardwork to enjoy the benefit of this product.
