Usage Instructions

Wear the knee guard next to your skin. You will feel heat from the Physio-Wave after about 1 hour. Movement and sweat will shorten the time for heat to be emitted. It is normal fir redness to appear in the area due to increased blood flow. If the knee feels too hot, remove the knee guard and the redness & heat will disappear within 1 hour. You can use the knee guard for up to 6 hours a day.
