Traditionally used for promoting of female wellness, maintenance of health and nourishment after childbirth. This is a traditional medicine.

Contraindiction: 

Avoid consumption when suffering from fever or influenza or during menstruation period.

I've been finding supplements and treatments to aid my menstrual cramps for YEARS and my friend passed me a box to sample. I drank this every 2 days after my period and when the next period came, i'm SO SO SURPRISED it did magic! On to my second month, results are still positive. I'm surviving! I have really bad cramps every month and some are so crippling that I can't function properly. Going to continue consuming this for health benefits. Also, it does not taste bad! Will buy again when i finish all my bottles.

After taking 1 bottle every week, my period became more regular (41-45 days for one cycle to 33 days for a cycle) and my cramps were much better. Really amazed!

As the pills were not easily soluble, it was necessary to steep them in a few bowls of hot water to soften them before mashing them up with a spoon. This ready-to-drink version removes all this hassle, and it tastes better than the pills.
