Delivery was same day and even though the hamper was supposed to be delivered only at night, I was pleasantly surprised to find that that hamper was delivered must earlier than that. The tracking system for delivery shows real time updates and I was notiified after the recipient got my hamper. One minor flaw - I tried calling customer service to ask if they delivered to the hospital but no one picked up the phone. It's fine tho, my delivery went through.
