Rated 1 out of 5 by from No gift card attached. I ordered the below hamper for my friend intending it to be a surprise gift with a card on it. However it was delivered without a card or my name hence my friend didnt know who sent it. Ended up i had to ask if my friend received it and tell her i sent it which totally destroyed the surprise element and intention of the gift.  This is a really poor customer service experience as it did not fulfil the order with a card as promised during my order. I sent an email asking for an investigation and till date nobody replied.
