Recommended Dosage:

Adults: One tablespoon each time, three times daily.

Children (one year and above): Half teaspoon (2.5ml) each time, three times daily.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for Light Night Person and Sore throat I would take the Loquat Compound with Cordyceps Sinensis whenever I have late night (take it in the next morning) or have just taken bbq food, or when I feel I am going to have sore throat. It helps me very effectively. Each year I will stock up at least 10-12 bottles.
