    White Fungus (Xue Er) strengthens and moistens the lungs, reducing dryness and to make each breath more refreshing.

  • INGREDIENTS

    Semen Nelumbinis 莲子

    Bulbus Lilii 百合

    Tremella Fuciformis 雪耳

    Arillus Longan 龙眼肉

  • HOW TO USE

    Ingredients Required:

    One packet of soup ingredients with 300g to 500g of meat and 1500ml of water. May add more water if desired.

    Conventional Cooker:

    Place soup ingredients and meat into a pot. Add water and bring to a boil. Continue to simmer over low heat for 1.5 hours.

    Pressure Cooker:

    Empty soup ingredients into pot. Add meat and water to boil for 5 minutes on high heat. Reduce heat and simmer for another 15 minutes. Follow precautionary procedure when using pressure cooker.

    Slow Cooker:

    Place soup ingredients and meat into pot. Add water and cook for 2 hours on HIGH heat.

    Add salt to taste.

    Suitable for vegetarians. (Meat not required)

    Suitable for all ages.

    Serves 3-4 persons.

    Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated.

    将所有材料倒入锅中,加水,大火煮沸后,小火煮一个半小时。

    压力锅煮法

    将所有材料倒入锅中,加水,大火煮五分钟,水沸后,小火煮十五分钟,熄火,请依循压力锅的安全措施使用压力锅。

    慢火煮法

    将所有材料倒入锅中,加水,用高温煮两个小时

    调味

    加入适量的盐

     

    适合素食者使用(无须加入肉类)

    适合所有年龄层使用

    供三,四人享用。

    存放在阴凉及干爽处,开封后请加以冷藏。
