    Lily Bulbs / Red Dates / Green Beans Soup
    Ingredients

    15g Lily Bulbs
    10g Red Dates
    50g Green Beans
    1 Pear*
    800ml of water*
    20g Rock Sugar* to adjust according to your preference
     *Ingredient not included

    Instructions

    1. Prepare and wash the ingredients. Soak red dates and lily bulbs in cold water for few minutes. 

    2. Peel the pear skin and cut pear into small cubes. 

    3. Put green beans and lily bulbs into electric rice cooker to boil with 800ml of water until the green beans softens. Take care not to put in too much water. 

    4. Add in red dates and rock sugar and continue to boil for 10 minutes. 

    5. Add in pear cubes and continue to boil for one minute. 

    6. This wonderful soup is ready to be served.
